Is it possible to cancel an order?

Cancellation deadline vary from one caterer to the other - it can be 3 to 4 business days.

In the section Upcoming Meals on your Dashboard:

  • If the cancellation icon is active: cancel your order, you will receive a confirmation email and will be reimbursed within maximum 15 business days.
  • If the icon is no longer visible: the cancellation deadline has passed and reimbursement is no longer possible.
  • To cancel one or several specific meals within the same order, contact us.

How much time in advance do I need to order ?

For schools, the menus are updated online on a monthly basis, and you will receive an email to inform you of this update. You have up to 4 business days prior to the date of delivery to place your order.

How are the meals delivered?

Meals are delivered hot, in bulk or in biodegradable trays.

Although la Cantine pour tous recommends bulk delivery for environmental reasons, current school infrastructure does not always permit this option.

The program

What is a volontary contribution?

That means you pay what you can afford.
We believe that every kid should have access to healthy meals at school.

How to choose your contribution?

  • You pay what you can afford starting 1$ per meal.
  • You pay the meal cost: A meal costs $5,50 to produce.
  • You pay more than the meal cost: by maximising your contribution, you are permitting other children in other schools to receive a meal.

If I have food allergies, how should I choose my meals?

Our caterers ensure that meals do not contain peanuts or nuts. Nonetheless, we cannot guarantee the total absence of all traces of allergenic ingredients, whatever they may be.

The list of ingredients mentioned on our site is not exhaustive and we cannot be held responsible as a result of physical reaction or other consequence following the ingestion of a meal.

I can't find my child's school on your website

First, you must make sure that you have selected the correct School Services Center. If you have done so but you still do not see your child’s school, this unfortunately means that we do not serve this school.

I don't have a credit card, can I still order?

If you don't have a credit card, you can send us a request to pay by Interac transfer to the following address: info@cantinepourtous.org

We will give you the details to order.

After placing an order, how can I see what I ordered?

You have two options :

  • In the section My Upcoming Meals of your Dashboard
  • In the section Order History of your profile

Can I place my order by phone?

We do not accept orders by phone.
